There was no need to book an appointment at all. When I arrived, the staff approached me right away. I told them I needed new tyres, and they informed me of the prices. They immediately got started with the tyre replacement — no waiting required. Great service from Road Star! I highly recommend this place.

Got a 4 wheel alignment done and was impressed how the whole process was carried out. I knew this shop was good from my previous visit where i got a puncture repaired and I was happy to see these professionals keep their standard with a wheel alignment. Car was taken for a test drive before wheel alignment, then put up on ramps to check alignment. At this point they showed me their findings and asked for consent to proceed. After the wheel alignment the car was test driven again and report left on the passenger seat for me. Car drives well now and am I happy with the service. Time taken in total was 1 hour from the time I rocked up, to the time I left. They don't take appointments, so for ppl reading ensure you put time aside if you come here as this shop does get busy.
